INTERIOR PAINTING: Prep work always takes place prior to the painting. It includes repair of surfaces as necessary (nail pops, cracks), caulking, sanding, etc. A free color consultation is provided as per request; virtual and or on site.

EXTERIOR PAINTING: Power washing and prep work always takes place prior to the painting; such as scraping, priming, caulking, and sanding as necessary. We paint by rolling and / or spraying; depending on each project.

CARPENTRY WORK: Replacement of rotten wood. This type of work applies to porches, decks, windows, doors, railings, shutters, soffits, rake boards / fascia, etc.

CABINET REFINISHING: Option 1: Painting over wood finished cabinets. Option 2: Stain removal and re-staining of cabinets.

WALL PAPER REMOVAL: Wall paper removal can be tricky. Price varies depending on the age and actual condition of WP. All surfaces are re-skimmed and primed in order to be paint ready.

EPOXY FLOORS: Epoxys are normally a two component product. Preparation of the floor may be by washing surfaces with muriatic acid or by floor grinding. This depends on the actual condition of the surface

DECK WASHING AND STAINING: A power wash is always required prior to the staining to remove existing mildew, algae and dirt on all surfaces. Surfaces to be stained include the floor, rails, steps, lattice, posts and beams. Several options in finishes are provided in semi-transparent and/or solid stains.
